Delete your account and data
You are always in control of your family's data. You can delete one child, or your whole account, right inside the app. Nothing is kept "just in case".
Option 1: delete the whole account in the app
- On the unit map, tap the lock button at the top and pass the parental gate (press and hold, then solve the calculation).
- Open Settings (gear icon), then the Account section.
- Tap Delete account & data and confirm:
- An e-mail account: type the password.
- An account made with Apple or Google: sign in with it once more to confirm. For Apple, we also revoke the sign-in with Apple.
Deleted from our server at once: your e-mail and sign-in, the Apple and Google sign-ins, every child profile, all progress and achievements, the sign-in tokens, and the founding-family spot if you had one. This cannot be undone. The profiles and progress still on this phone stay on it until you delete them or remove the app.
Option 2: delete one child
- Open the parent area (as above), then Child profiles.
- Tap the delete button next to the child and confirm.
The profile and all of that child's progress are removed from the phone, and permanently deleted from our server too if you have an account. If the phone is offline, the deletion is saved and sent automatically the next time it is online.
Option 3: you cannot use the app (lost phone, app removed)
Write to dandoonakids@gmail.com from the address registered on the account, with the subject "Delete my Dandoona English account". We confirm that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account and all its data within [number of days, e.g. 30] days and confirm by e-mail. If you made the account with Apple's "Hide My Email", write from your real address and say so, or delete it in the app after signing in on any device.
What stays
- Purchases: the purchase record is unlinked from the deleted account and kept (product, store reference, date, status, installation id) so what you paid for can still be restored on that phone. Apple and Google keep your purchase history with them.
- Backups: [whether database backups exist, how long they are kept, and that deleted data disappears from them within that time]
What we never had
- Voice recordings: played back on the phone and deleted at once; never stored or sent to us.
- If you never made an account: we hold no data about you or your child. Remove the app (or clear its storage) to erase everything on the phone.
Signing out is not deleting
"Sign out" removes the account from this phone only; the account and its data stay on the server so you can sign in later. To delete, use "Delete account & data".

حذف الحساب والبيانات
بيانات عائلتك تحت تصرفك دائماً. يمكنك حذف طفل واحد أو الحساب كله من داخل التطبيق، ولا نحتفظ بشيء «للاحتياط».
الطريقة ١: حذف الحساب كله من التطبيق
- على خريطة الوحدات، اضغط زر القفل أعلى الشاشة واجتز البوابة الأبوية (ضغط مطوّل ثم حل العملية الحسابية).
- افتح الإعدادات (رمز الترس) ثم قسم الحساب.
- اضغط حذف الحساب وبياناته، ثم أكّد:
- حساب بالبريد: اكتب كلمة المرور.
- حساب أُنشئ عبر Apple أو Google: سجّل الدخول بها مرة أخرى للتأكيد. ومع Apple نلغي أيضاً ربط تسجيل الدخول لدى Apple.
يُحذف من خادمنا فوراً: البريد وبيانات الدخول، وطرق الدخول عبر Apple وGoogle، وكل ملفات الأطفال، وكل سجلات التقدّم والإنجازات، ورموز الدخول، ومكان العائلة المؤسِّسة إن وُجد. لا يمكن التراجع. ملفات الأطفال وتقدّمهم الموجودة على هذا الهاتف تبقى عليه حتى تحذفها أو تزيل التطبيق.
الطريقة ٢: حذف طفل واحد
- افتح منطقة الأهل (كما في الأعلى) ثم ملفات الأطفال.
- اضغط زر الحذف بجانب الطفل وأكّد.
يُحذف الملف وكل تقدّم الطفل من الهاتف، ومن خادمنا نهائياً أيضاً إن كان لديك حساب. إذا كان الهاتف بلا إنترنت، يُحفظ طلب الحذف ويُرسل تلقائياً عند أول اتصال.
الطريقة ٣: لا يمكنك استخدام التطبيق (هاتف مفقود أو تطبيق محذوف)
راسلنا على dandoonakids@gmail.com من البريد المسجّل في الحساب، بعنوان «حذف حساب دندونة إنجليش». نتأكد أن الطلب من صاحب الحساب، ثم نحذف الحساب وكل بياناته خلال [عدد الأيام، مثلاً ٣٠] يوماً ونؤكد لك بالبريد. إذا أنشأت الحساب عبر «إخفاء بريدي» من Apple، أرسل من بريدك الحقيقي واذكر ذلك، أو احذفه من التطبيق بعد تسجيل الدخول على أي جهاز.
ما الذي يبقى
- المشتريات: يُفصل سجل الشراء عن الحساب المحذوف ويبقى (المنتج ومرجع المتجر والتاريخ والحالة ومعرّف التثبيت) حتى يمكن استعادة ما دفعته على ذلك الهاتف. سجل مشترياتك لدى Apple أو Google يبقى عندهما.
- النسخ الاحتياطية: [هل توجد نسخ احتياطية لقاعدة البيانات، وكم تُحفظ، وأن البيانات المحذوفة تختفي منها خلال تلك المدة]
ما الذي لا نملكه أصلاً
- تسجيلات الصوت: تُعاد على الهاتف وتُحذف فوراً، ولا تُحفظ ولا تُرسل إلينا أبداً.
- إذا لم تنشئ حساباً: لا نملك أي بيانات عنك أو عن طفلك. أزل التطبيق (أو امسح بياناته) لمسح كل شيء من الهاتف.
تسجيل الخروج ليس حذفاً
«تسجيل الخروج» يزيل الحساب من هذا الهاتف فقط، ويبقى الحساب وبياناته على الخادم لتسجّل الدخول لاحقاً. للحذف استخدم «حذف الحساب وبياناته».
