Privacy Policy
- No ads: This app contains no ads. There are no analytics, no tracking and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
- No account, nothing leaves the phone: The app works fully on the phone. An account is optional and only a parent can create one.
- The child's voice is not kept: A voice recording is played back once on the phone, then deleted.
- You delete it: Delete a child or the whole account from inside the app, at any time.
1. Who we are
Data controller: [owner / company name], [address]. Contact: dandoonakids@gmail.com. Dandoona English teaches Arabic-speaking children aged 3 to 12 English through sound, pictures and touch, in three tracks: Little Learners, Explorers and Readers. The track is suggested from what the parent says the child can do, not from the child's age, and the parent can change it.
2. What stays on the phone only

3. The optional account (parents only)
If a parent creates an account, the app sends the following to our server over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), where it is stored:

We only send you necessary e-mails: the 6-digit code to confirm your address and the password reset code. They are sent through our e-mail provider [Brevo, and where its servers are]. No marketing e-mail.
4. Purchases
Part of the content is free. The rest is unlocked with a one-time purchase made by a parent in the parent area, behind the parental gate, through the App Store or Google Play. There are no subscriptions. Payment happens at the store; we never see or store card or payment details.
To unlock content, the app sends our server the store's purchase reference (an Apple transaction id or a Google purchase token), the product and the installation id. Our server checks the purchase with Apple or Google and stores: the product, the store, the purchase date, its status (active, refunded or revoked), the installation id and, when there is one, the account it belongs to. The only purposes: unlock content on the family's devices, restore purchases, and remove access after a refund.
Founding families: "Founding family" is a one-time purchase that needs a parent account. When the purchase is verified, we store that your account is a founding family (the spot number and date), next to the purchase record itself.
5. Lesson downloads
Some units are downloaded once from our server and then work offline. Downloads are anonymous: no account, no child or device id, no cookies. The server sees what any website sees (the IP address and the file asked for) in its technical log.
6. Microphone
The microphone is used only in the "record and listen" activity, after the child taps record and the phone asks for permission. The recording is played back once after the right pronunciation, then deleted. It is not scored and not sent anywhere. If permission is refused, the activity can be skipped.
7. Children and parental control
The app is for children; the account is the parent's. A parental gate (press and hold, then a calculation) protects the parent area, settings, sign-in and purchases. The child area has no ads, no prices, no purchases and no links out of the app. Children never create accounts or type personal data.
8. Who receives data
- Our hosting provider for the server and database: [SmarterASP.NET, data-centre location].
- Our e-mail provider, for code e-mails only: [Brevo].
- Apple and Google: for purchases and for sign-in with them, under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell data or share it for advertising. We may look at totals across all lessons (for example how many children finished a lesson) to improve the content, never per child.
9. Legal basis and compliance
- Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its Implementing Regulations: we process data with the parent's consent (account) or not at all (use without an account), and only as needed. [Lawyer to confirm: lawful basis wording, registration, transfers outside the Kingdom depending on where the server is, breach notification.]
- Google Play Families Policy: no ads, analytics or advertising identifiers; purchases through Google Play in the parent area only.
- Apple Kids Category: no third-party advertising or analytics, a parental gate before the parent area and any purchase, no links out for the child.
- Other laws depending on where families live (for example COPPA and the GDPR): [lawyer to confirm the target markets].
10. Retention
On the phone: until the profile is deleted or the app is removed. On the server: until the parent deletes the child or the account; the data is then deleted from the database at once. When the account is deleted, the purchase record is unlinked from it and kept (product, store reference, date, status, installation id) so that a purchase paid to the store can still be restored on that phone. 11. Your rights
You may access, correct and delete your data and withdraw consent. Deletion is in the app (see the account deletion page); for anything else write to dandoonakids@gmail.com. You may also complain to the competent authority: in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).
12. Security
Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; sign-in tokens are short-lived and single-use; connections use HTTPS; a child's data is reachable only by the parent who created it; repeated failed sign-ins are slowed down and temporarily locked. Apple's and Google's keys are kept on the server only, never in the app.
13. Changes to this policy
We update this page and its date when the app's data practices change, and ask for consent again where the law requires it.

المسؤول عن البيانات: [اسم المالك أو الشركة]، [العنوان]. للتواصل: dandoonakids@gmail.com. دندونة إنجليش تطبيق يعلّم الأطفال العرب من ٣ إلى ١٢ سنة اللغة الإنجليزية بالصوت والصورة واللمس، في ثلاثة مسارات: «المتعلّمون الصغار» و«المستكشفون» و«القرّاء». يُقترح المسار مما يقول ولي الأمر إن طفله يستطيعه، لا من عمره، ويمكنه تغييره.

٣. الحساب الاختياري (لأولياء الأمور فقط)
إذا أنشأ ولي الأمر حساباً، يُرسل التطبيق إلى خادمنا عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS) ويُحفظ هناك:

نرسل إلى بريدك فقط رسائل ضرورية: رمز تأكيد البريد (٦ أرقام) ورمز استعادة كلمة المرور. تُرسل عبر مزوّد البريد [Brevo، وموقع خوادمه]، ولا نرسل رسائل تسويقية.
٤. المشتريات
جزء من المحتوى مجاني، والباقي يُفتح بشراء لمرة واحدة يقوم به ولي الأمر في منطقة الأهل خلف البوابة الأبوية، عبر App Store أو Google Play. لا توجد اشتراكات. يتم الدفع لدى المتجر، ولا نرى ولا نحفظ أي بيانات بطاقة أو دفع.
لفتح المحتوى يرسل التطبيق إلى خادمنا مرجع الشراء من المتجر (رقم العملية من Apple أو رمز الشراء من Google)، والمنتج، ومعرّف التثبيت. يتحقق خادمنا من الشراء مع Apple أو Google ويحفظ: المنتج، والمتجر، وتاريخ الشراء، وحالته (فعّال أو مسترد أو ملغى)، ومعرّف التثبيت، والحساب الذي ينتمي إليه إن وُجد. الغرض الوحيد: فتح المحتوى على أجهزة العائلة، واستعادة المشتريات، وإزالة الوصول بعد الاسترداد.
العائلات المؤسِّسة: «العائلة المؤسِّسة» شراء لمرة واحدة يتطلب حساب ولي أمر. عند التحقق من الشراء نحفظ أن حسابك أصبح عائلة مؤسِّسة (رقم المكان وتاريخه) مع سجل الشراء نفسه.
٥. تنزيل الدروس
بعض الوحدات تُنزَّل مرة واحدة من خادمنا لتعمل بعدها بدون إنترنت. التنزيل مجهول: بدون حساب ولا معرّف للطفل أو الجهاز ولا ملفات تعريف ارتباط. يرى الخادم ما يراه أي موقع (عنوان IP والملف المطلوب) في سجلّه الفني.
٦. الميكروفون
يُستخدم الميكروفون فقط في نشاط «سجّل واسمع»، بعد أن يضغط الطفل زر التسجيل ويطلب الهاتف الإذن. يُعاد تشغيل التسجيل مرة بعد النطق الصحيح ثم يُحذف. لا يُقيَّم ولا يُرسل إلى أي مكان. إذا رُفض الإذن يمكن تخطّي النشاط.
٧. الأطفال والرقابة الأبوية
التطبيق موجّه للأطفال، والحساب لولي الأمر. تحمي بوابة أبوية (ضغط مطوّل ثم عملية حسابية) منطقة الأهل والإعدادات وتسجيل الدخول والمشتريات. لا توجد في منطقة الطفل إعلانات ولا أسعار ولا مشتريات ولا روابط تخرج من التطبيق. الطفل لا يُنشئ حساباً ولا يكتب بيانات شخصية.
٨. من يحصل على البيانات
- مزوّد الاستضافة لخادمنا وقاعدة البيانات: [SmarterASP.NET، موقع مركز البيانات].
- مزوّد البريد لرسائل الرموز فقط: [Brevo].
- Apple وGoogle: للمشتريات وتسجيل الدخول عبرهما، وفق سياسات خصوصيتهما.
لا نبيع البيانات ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. قد ننظر إلى أرقام إجمالية لكل الدروس (مثل عدد الأطفال الذين أنهوا درساً) لتحسين المحتوى، وليس لكل طفل.
٩. الأساس النظامي والامتثال
- نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي ولائحته: نعالج البيانات بموافقة ولي الأمر (الحساب) أو لا نعالجها إطلاقاً (الاستخدام بدون حساب)، وبقدر الحاجة فقط. [يؤكد المحامي: صياغة الأساس النظامي، التسجيل، نقل البيانات خارج المملكة حسب موقع الخادم، إجراءات الإبلاغ عن التسريب]
- سياسة «العائلات» في Google Play: بدون إعلانات أو تحليلات أو معرّفات إعلانية، والشراء عبر Google Play في منطقة الأهل فقط.
- متطلبات فئة الأطفال في Apple: بدون إعلانات أو تحليلات من أطراف ثالثة، وبوابة أبوية قبل منطقة الأهل وأي شراء، وبدون روابط خارجية للطفل.
- قوانين أخرى حسب مكان إقامة العائلات (مثل COPPA وGDPR): [يؤكد المحامي الأسواق المستهدفة].
١٠. مدة الاحتفاظ
على الهاتف: حتى حذف ملف الطفل أو إزالة التطبيق. على الخادم: حتى يحذف ولي الأمر الطفل أو الحساب، فتُحذف البيانات من قاعدة البيانات فوراً. عند حذف الحساب يُفصل سجل الشراء عنه ويبقى (المنتج ومرجع المتجر والتاريخ والحالة ومعرّف التثبيت) لتمكين استعادة شراء مدفوع على ذلك الهاتف. ١١. حقوقك
لك حق الوصول إلى بياناتك وتصحيحها وحذفها وسحب موافقتك. الحذف متاح من داخل التطبيق (راجع صفحة حذف الحساب)، ولغير ذلك راسلنا على dandoonakids@gmail.com. ويمكنك تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة المختصة: في المملكة العربية السعودية، الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
١٢. الأمان
كلمات المرور مشفّرة بطريقة لا تُستعاد، ورموز الدخول قصيرة العمر وتُستخدم مرة واحدة، والاتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وبيانات الطفل لا يصل إليها إلا ولي الأمر الذي أنشأها، ومحاولات الدخول الفاشلة المتكررة تُبطَّأ وتُقفل مؤقتاً. مفاتيح Apple وGoogle تُحفظ على الخادم فقط، وليست داخل التطبيق.

نحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخها عند تغيّر طريقة تعامل التطبيق مع البيانات، ونطلب الموافقة من جديد حين يتطلب النظام ذلك.
