- For children aged 3 to 12: With a parent nearby; only the parent sets up the app and buys.
- No ads, no subscriptions: A free part of every track, then one-time purchases: no monthly payment, no renewal.
- One purchase for all your children: On all your devices with an account, or on this phone without one.
1. Who may use the app
The app is made for children aged 3 to 12, used with a parent or guardian nearby. Only a parent or guardian aged 18 or older may set up the app, create an account, add a child, change settings and buy. By creating an account you confirm that you are the child's parent or legal guardian and that you are 18 or older.
2. What the app offers
The app teaches English through sound, pictures and touch in three tracks: Little Learners (letters, sounds and first words), Explorers (reading by sounds up to sentences and short stories) and Readers (reading comprehension, stories, longer texts and a book in 21 chapters). The track is suggested from what the child can do, not from their age, and the parent chooses. It has no advertising and no links to other apps or websites in the child's area. The content is for general education and does not replace school or professional advice.
3. The account
An account is optional; everything in the app works without one. It can be made with an e-mail and password, or with Apple or Google. Keep your sign-in private. You can delete the account and all its data at any time (see the account deletion page).
4. Free content and purchases
- Part of every track is free. We decide the free part and may change it for new users; what you bought stays yours.
- The rest is unlocked with a one-time purchase through the App Store or Google Play, from the parent area only: one track, or "All tracks" (which includes every track we add later at no extra cost). The store sets the price and shows it before you buy. No subscriptions, no automatic renewal.
- A purchase covers all the children in the family. With an account it works on all your devices (iPhone and Android); without one it works on the phone it was bought on, and can be linked to an account later. Apple Family Sharing is on.
- Payment and refund requests are handled by the store under its terms. If the store refunds or cancels a purchase, the paid content locks again.
- "Restore purchases" in the parent area brings purchases back after a new phone or a reinstall.
5. The founding families offer
"Founding family" is a one-time purchase offered to a limited number of families: it opens every current and future track for all the children in the family for as long as the app is offered. It needs a parent account; the real number of spots left is shown in the parent area, and a spot is counted only when the purchase is completed. We may change the number or end the offer for new families at any time; this never affects families who bought it. The spot belongs to the account and cannot be moved to another account. Families who got a free spot in an earlier offer keep it.
6. Proper use and ownership
Do not copy, resell or change the app or its content, and do not try to break or overload our servers or get around the parental gate or purchases. The pictures, sounds, characters (including Dandoona) and texts belong to [owner] or its licensors; you may use them only inside the app and for your own family.
7. Availability and changes
We try to keep the app working, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. We may change the app or these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app.
8. Ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
9. Responsibility
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, [owner] is not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including your rights with the store.

شروط الاستخدام
- للأطفال من ٣ إلى ١٢ سنة: بإشراف ولي الأمر، وهو وحده يُعدّ التطبيق ويشتري.
- بدون إعلانات وبدون اشتراكات: جزء مجاني من كل مسار، والباقي بشراء لمرة واحدة، بلا دفع شهري ولا تجديد.
- شراء واحد لكل الأطفال: يعمل على كل أجهزتك مع حساب، أو على هذا الهاتف بدون حساب.
١. من يستخدم التطبيق
التطبيق مخصص للأطفال من ٣ إلى ١٢ سنة، ليُستخدم بإشراف أحد الوالدين أو ولي الأمر. وحده الوالد أو ولي الأمر البالغ ١٨ سنة فأكثر يحق له إعداد التطبيق وإنشاء حساب وإضافة طفل وتغيير الإعدادات والشراء. بإنشاء حساب تؤكد أنك والد الطفل أو ولي أمره الشرعي وأن عمرك ١٨ سنة أو أكثر.
٢. ما يقدّمه التطبيق
يعلّم التطبيق الإنجليزية بالصوت والصورة واللمس في ثلاثة مسارات: «المتعلّمون الصغار» (الحروف والأصوات والكلمات الأولى)، و«المستكشفون» (القراءة بالأصوات حتى الجمل والقصص القصيرة)، و«القرّاء» (فهم المقروء والقصص والنصوص الطويلة وكتاب من ٢١ فصلاً). يُقترح المسار مما يستطيعه الطفل، لا من عمره، ويختار ولي الأمر. لا توجد فيه إعلانات، ولا روابط إلى تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى في منطقة الطفل. المحتوى تعليمي عام ولا يغني عن المدرسة أو الاستشارة المتخصصة.
٣. الحساب
الحساب اختياري وكل محتوى التطبيق يعمل بدونه. يمكن إنشاؤه بالبريد وكلمة المرور، أو عبر Apple أو Google. حافظ على سرية بيانات الدخول. يمكنك حذف الحساب وكل بياناته في أي وقت (راجع صفحة حذف الحساب).
٤. المحتوى المجاني والمشتريات
- جزء من كل مسار مجاني. نحدد الجزء المجاني وقد نغيّره للمستخدمين الجدد، لكن ما اشتريته يبقى لك.
- يُفتح باقي المسار بشراء لمرة واحدة عبر App Store أو Google Play، من منطقة الأهل فقط: مسار واحد، أو «كل المسارات» (يشمل كل مسار نضيفه لاحقاً بلا تكلفة إضافية). السعر يحدده المتجر ويظهر قبل الشراء. لا توجد اشتراكات ولا تجديد تلقائي.
- الشراء يشمل كل أطفال العائلة. مع حساب يعمل على كل أجهزتك (آيفون وأندرويد)، وبدون حساب يعمل على الهاتف الذي تم الشراء منه، ويمكن ربطه بحساب لاحقاً. وعلى Apple تعمل «مشاركة العائلة».
- الدفع وطلبات الاسترداد تتم لدى المتجر وفق شروطه. إذا استرد المتجر المبلغ أو ألغى الشراء، يُغلق المحتوى المدفوع مرة أخرى.
- زر «استعادة المشتريات» في منطقة الأهل يعيد المشتريات بعد تغيير الهاتف أو إعادة التثبيت.
٥. عرض العائلات المؤسِّسة
«العائلة المؤسِّسة» شراء لمرة واحدة متاح لعدد محدود من العائلات: يفتح كل المسارات الحالية والقادمة لكل أطفال العائلة مدى عمر التطبيق. يتطلب حساب ولي أمر، والعدد المتبقي الحقيقي يظهر في منطقة الأهل، ويُحتسب المكان عند إتمام الشراء فقط. يجوز لنا تغيير العدد أو إنهاء العرض للعائلات الجديدة في أي وقت، دون أن يمس ذلك من اشترى. المكان مرتبط بالحساب، ولا يُنقل إلى حساب آخر. العائلات التي حصلت على مكان مجاني في عرض سابق تحتفظ به.
٦. الاستخدام السليم والملكية
لا تنسخ التطبيق أو محتواه ولا تبعه ولا تعدّله، ولا تحاول تعطيل خوادمنا أو تجاوز البوابة الأبوية أو المشتريات. الصور والأصوات والشخصيات (ومنها دندونة) والنصوص ملك [المالك] أو مرخِّصيه، ويجوز استخدامها داخل التطبيق ولأسرتك فقط.
٧. التوفّر والتغييرات
نحرص على أن يعمل التطبيق، لكننا لا نعد بأنه متاح دائماً أو خالٍ من الأخطاء. قد نغيّر التطبيق أو هذه الشروط، وإذا كان التغيير مهماً نخبرك داخل التطبيق.
٨. الإنهاء
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق وحذف حسابك في أي وقت. وقد نغلق حساباً يخالف هذه الشروط أو يعرّض الآخرين للخطر.
٩. المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو». وبقدر ما يسمح النظام، لا يتحمل [المالك] الخسائر غير المباشرة. ولا يقيّد هذا النص أي حقوق لا يجوز تقييدها نظاماً، ومنها حقوقك تجاه المتجر.
